Live Generously

"All things come of thee, O Lord, and of thine own have we given thee." (1 Chronicles 29:14) That sentence is spoken every Sunday at St. Thomas Church. It's a beautiful way to say, "God, everything is yours, and when we give, we're not giving something that was ever ours."  The blessings we all have in our lives are all from God. And we are blessed in order to be a blessing - a blessing back to God, to others, and to the world.

Why We Give

Here at St. Thomas Church, we invite all people to worship God through prayer, music, fellowship, communion, and giving of time, talent, and treasure. Because God gives love and life to us in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, we in worshipful response, give love back unto God. Scripture speaks of the giving of "first fruits" (Deuteronomy 26) as a way of presenting back to God the loving blessings that God has lovingly given us.

Stewardship Sunday was November 6th. If you were with us in person or online, you heard the invitation to be a part of what God is doing at St. Thomas, in our local community, and in the world. One way you can participate in God’s mission is through prayer and giving financially. You have been faithful in your giving in 2022 and we are deeply grateful. Please prayerfully consider a pledge for 2023.
